Donald Trump Has Just One Easter Message: 'World War III'

Former President Donald Trump on Sunday, after posting a politically-charged, all-caps Easter message, shared another alarming post.

What Happened:  Trump on Truth Social wrote “World War III,” after attacking people he believes “dream endlessly of destroying our country,” including “weak & pathetic Rinos” and “radical left Democrats, Socialists Marxists, & Communists.”

It was unclear exactly what the former U.S. leader was referring to.

George Conway, an attorney who has emerged as a leading conservative Trump critic, on Twitter sharing a screenshot of the ex-president’s post, wrote, “You don’t find this to be a perfectly normal Easter Sunday greeting?”

“Happy Easter to all,” wrote Trump in a previous post, adding that “having a border, a powerful wall, voter ID, all-paper ballots, and same-day voting” would help end massive voter fraud. He also addressed those who dream of “destroying the country and weak RINOs, radical left Democrats, socialists, Marxists, and Communists,” reminding them that he and his supporters “will be back.”

This is not Trump’s first post on war. Last week, the former president, after being indicted, suggested that the world could experience an “all-out nuclear World War III.”

Speaking at his Florida estate after indictment, Trump warned that other countries could use nuclear weapons and blamed his successor U.S. President Joe Biden.

“This could very well lead under the Biden administration’s leadership to an all-out nuclear World War III can happen. We’re not very far away from it, believe it or not,” he said.

Former Attorney General Bill Barr said the potential GOP presidential candidate, Trump, is “most likely” to lose to Biden in the 2024 presidential elections.
