Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Copenhagen, the rose 0.00%.

The best performers of the session on the were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:), which rose 2.19% or 3.94 points to trade at 183.90 at the close. Meanwhile, Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) added 1.07% or 8.30 points to end at 782.80 and Genmab (CSE:) was up 1.01% or 27.00 points to 2,690.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Rockwool International B (CSE:), which fell 6.03% or 90.00 points to trade at 1,402.00 at the close. Ambu A/S (CSE:) declined 4.32% or 3.22 points to end at 71.40 and AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CSE:) was down 3.64% or 610.00 points to 16,160.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 103 to 48 and 18 ended unchanged.

Shares in Rockwool International B (CSE:) fell to 52-week lows; down 6.03% or 90.00 to 1,402.00.

Crude oil for October delivery was up 2.45% or 2.13 to $89.00 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 2.55% or 2.37 to hit $95.39 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.04% or 0.65 to trade at $1,721.95 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was up 0.36% to 7.50, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.04% to 7.44.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.32% at 109.86.
