The Las Vegas Review-Journal has hired Erin Edgemon to be its business editor.
She has been the managing editor of the Phoenix Business Journal, an American City Business Journals publication, since 2020.
Before Phoenix, she was the real estate reporter with the Austin Business Journal, covering commercial and residential development.
She has held several writing and editing positions during her career, including working as an investigative reporter covering economic development and politics for Alabama Media Group, which publishes The Birmingham News, The Huntsville Times and the Mobile Press-Register.
She also previously worked at several publications in Tennessee, including The Daily News Journal in Murfreesboro and The Murfreesboro Post, where Edgemon was business editor from 2006 to 2010.
