Northwell Health has purchased a medical office property in Manhasset for $7.68 million.
The health system acquired the 23,890-square-foot office building on 1 acre at 800 Community Drive.
The building is about 70 percent occupied by a mix of physician and hospital affiliated practices with specialties including cardiology, phlebology, gynecology, endodontics, general dentistry and pediatric dentistry.
Northwell was self-represented, while Stephen Preuss, Kevin Louie, Kevin Schmitz and Andreas Efthymiou of RIPCO Real Estate represented the seller, SB Hotel Holdings LLC, in the sales transaction.
