Archa launches expense management integration to Xero - Australian FinTech

Fast-growing Melbourne-based corporate card and spend management platform Archa, has today announced an expense management integration with global small business platform Xero. As part of the announcement, Archa has also become a certified Xero app partner on the new Xero App Store.

The new integration, following on from the release of Archa’s Xero bank feed integration that launched earlier this year, will allow their businesses to attach receipts to each transaction within the Archa app and automatically push this through to Xero.

Archa CEO Oliver Kidd lauded the integration as a huge step towards Archa’s mission to unburden businesses from avoidable financial admin. “Up until now businesses have been able to spend on their Archa cards, easily issue cards to team members and dynamically control the limits on those cards,” Kidd said. “The big disconnect was what happened once that purchase was made, which is why this integration is so crucial to what we’re building here at Archa. We’re really excited to get this in the hands of more businesses, especially with the overwhelmingly positive feedback from our existing customers who are already benefiting from the integration.”

With this latest integration from Archa, Xero customers can now benefit from:

  • Fast and easy receipt capture & submission via the Archa app.
  • Automated data entry including matching of transactions and receipts.
  • Quick transaction matching as all business spending from Archa cards flow directly into Xero.

Joseph Robins, GM Commercial at Archa, said, “When we launched our integration in April this year we became one of the few non-bank business credit cards in Australia with a direct bank feed integration with Xero. To add receipting and expense management capabilities alongside that puts us in a really strong position to help solve real issues for small businesses.”

To celebrate the launch of their Xero expense management integration, Archa is also offering the first 50 subscribers two fee-free months of Archa subscription fees when they sign up from this link.
