Rewards members can get a free pretzel in-store on Wednesday, April 26th. No purchase is necessary, and you’ll even get to choose between two flavors—original or cinnamon sugar if you have a sweet tooth.
If you buy a dip or a drink, you’ll receive a surprise offer that’s valid for 14 days after your initial purchase. The third and final deal is free delivery on orders of $12 or more on April 26th. This is a great option if you don’t want to leave the comforts of home but still want to celebrate the holiday!
Flipz
Flipz sells delicious chocolate covered pretzels and is offering a free bag to customers in honor of the holiday. Starting on April 26th, you can enjoy a free Flipz product when you order through Instacart. The offer is available until May 9th on select items, but only while supplies last. So don’t wait to redeem your free Flipz!
Wetzel’s Pretzels
Wetzel’s Pretzels is a beloved staple in mall food courts across the country. On Wednesday, the popular chain is offering customers a free original pretzel from 3 PM until closing, no purchase necessary. Keep in mind that the offer isn’t available at airport, arena, theme park, or food truck locations.
Delivery is also excluded from the promotion, so you’ll have to redeem the offer in-store. But it’s worth making the trek to your local Wetzel’s Pretzels to get a delicious treat for free!

Pretzelmaker is a popular pretzel shop with 147 locations in the US and around the world. The brand not only invented the delicious pretzel dog, but also pretzel bites, which you can try for free on April 26th.
Participating locations are offering customers a complimentary small order of pretzel bites to mark the holiday. The deal is available in-store only and applies to the original and unsalted flavors. Fun fact: unsalted pretzels are called “baldies.”
Philly Pretzel Factory
Pennsylvania produces 80% of the nation’s pretzels and is home to 45 pretzel companies including Philly Pretzel Factory. For 16 years, the company has given away free treats to customers on National Pretzel Day, and this year is no exception!
At participating stores and Walmart locations, each customer can get one free pretzel, no purchase required. Plus, the first 100 VIPs who reserve their spot in advance will win a punch card for one free pretzel every day in May.
